Running your club

Budget, sponsors, investments, stadium and staff: the long-term management of your institution.

The money coming in

No money, no great players! This section breaks down every source of income: ticketing (the supporters who pay at the gate), sponsors (the brands backing you) and merchandising (shirts and related products).

Add to that donations, partnerships and other inflows. Filter by period to follow the trend, or by category to see where your strengths lie. The total at the top gives you your club's financial pulse at a glance.

Your commercial partners

Sponsors are the lifeblood of the club. Each partner brings a financial contribution per season plus specific perks — equipment, exposure, bonuses. The better you perform, the more premium sponsors you attract.

Manage your contracts: renegotiate for a two-season extension, or terminate if a better partner comes along. Careful, though — ending a contract early can carry penalties. Build a diversified portfolio of sponsors for lasting financial stability.

Your past investments

Every SportiCoin put into your facilities is recorded here: the amount, the date, the structure upgraded, the level reached and the impact obtained. It is the full history of how you built your empire.

The ROI figure measures profitability: a high return means the upgrade brings in more than it cost. Invest shrewdly to build a club that lasts.

Where your money goes

Controlling your spending is the foundation of sound management. This section details every line: the wage bill (by far the largest), transfers, facilities, staff, maintenance and assorted costs.

The pie and bar charts reveal the split. If wages climb past 60% of your budget, you are in dangerous territory. Trim it by selling overpaid players or scaling back your general spending.

Your financial health check

This is your financial dashboard: current balance, total income, total spending and overall status — profitable ✅ or in deficit ❌. One glance tells you whether the club is healthy or whether it is time to tighten the belt.

The charts show how things have moved over one month, three months, six months or a year. Spot the trends: is revenue climbing? Are costs running away? Adjust your strategy accordingly.

Your team behind the scenes

Behind every great side stands a great backroom team: coaches, fitness trainers, video analysts. Each member has a competence rating, a salary and a speciality.

Good technical staff means better training sessions, advanced tactics unlocked and better-prepared players. Recruit through the market and release the underperformers. It is an investment that pays off on the pitch.

The invisible influence of your staff

See exactly what your backroom team contributes. Bonuses are shown by area: tactical (+X%), physical (+X%), mental (+X%) and technical (+X%). Those percentages boost your training sessions.

🚨 Alerts flag what is missing. No head coach? No fitness trainer? Your effectiveness takes a hit. Fill the vacant roles to get the most out of your squad's potential.

Your legendary ground

The stadium is your club's temple. Configure it as you wish: name each stand (North, South, East, West — or after club legends), set its capacity and fix the ticket price.

More seats means more potential revenue. Higher prices mean more income per spectator, but risk empty stands. Find the balance that fills the ground and maximises the takings.

Your facilities

A great club needs great facilities: a training centre (session quality), a medical centre (recovery and prevention), an academy (the quality of your youngsters), marketing (revenue) and technology (innovation).

Each structure has a level from 1 to 100, a condition rating reflecting wear, and its own set of bonuses. ⚠️ A condition below 40% means maintenance is urgently required: the bonuses stay reduced until the repairs are done.

Growing your empire

Invest to upgrade your facilities. Every level gained increases the bonuses: more effective training, faster recovery, better academy graduates and higher commercial revenue.

Each upgrade costs SportiCoins and takes time. During the works the structure stays operational, but you cannot start a second upgrade on it. Plan your investments around your priorities.

The athlete's kit

Equip your players like professionals: boots, goalkeeper gloves, compression shirts, protective gear, training balls. Every item belongs to a category and has a condition rating.

Assign equipment to your players — good kit improves their performance. Watch the wear, though: equipment degrades over time. Replace it before it stops being effective.

Keeping the machine running

Everything wears out. Your facilities lose condition week after week. This section shows the wear on each structure along with any maintenance alerts.

🟢 Good condition (wear below 30%): all is well. 🟡 Caution (30–60%): schedule maintenance. 🔴 Critical (above 60%): act fast, the bonuses are already reduced. Preventive maintenance always costs less than emergency repairs.
