Your staff at a glance
Every member of your backroom team in one view, sorted by category — technical, medical, psychological — with their average rating and the bonuses they collectively provide.
The total staff wage bill is shown alongside. Find the balance: quality staff cost a lot but return more; a mediocre team saves money now and caps your progress later.
Performance Evaluation
The Performance section allows you to evaluate and track player and team performances. You can analyze match statistics, coach evaluations, and performance goals.
Features
Use this section to identify areas for improvement and set realistic performance goals. Analysis tools allow you to visualize data clearly and concisely.
You can also compare your team's performance with other teams to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Match statistics
Who is really carrying the team? This section shows what actually happened on the pitch: goals scored, assists, average match rating. The numbers do not lie.
Identify your clutch players — the ones who deliver in the big games — and the ones falling short. A player who trains well but disappoints on matchday may have a mental problem worth addressing.
Performance Analysis
Performance analysis allows you to examine matches and training in detail. You can identify your team's strengths and weaknesses and adjust your strategies accordingly.

Collective performance
Beyond individuals, how does your team actually play? Attacking efficiency (goals scored against chances created), defensive solidity (goals conceded against shots faced), and average possession.
These indicators reveal your real playing style, as opposed to the one you think you have. If you want to dominate possession but only see 35% of the ball, something is going wrong somewhere.
Head to head
Compare your side with your opponents: statistics side by side, and relative strength by department — attack, midfield, defence, physicality. Who is stronger on paper?
Use this to prepare your matches tactically. If the opposition has a dominant midfield, reinforce yours or bypass it with long balls. Knowledge is power.
Data made visual
A chart is worth a thousand words. Watch your league position move week by week, compare your statistics over time, and spot the trends running for or against you.
Bars, lines, pie charts — pick whichever format speaks to you. These visuals make decisions easier: a line heading downwards is a signal to act.
The story of the season
Every season deserves to be told. Overall results, final position, cup run, top scorer, best average rating — every key moment is archived here.
Look back at past seasons to measure how far you have come. Where did you start? Where are you heading? These summaries are your club's memory, the chapters of its legend.
The club infirmary
Your players' health is your priority. Follow their physical condition in real time: fatigue level, fitness, confidence and happiness. A drained or unhappy player performs worse.
Assign recovery programmes: active recovery (light upkeep), supervised rest (full, monitored rest) or targeted recovery (aimed at a specific issue). Good medical staff speed up healing and prevent injuries before they happen.
Squad morale
Football is a mental battle too. Team morale directly affects performance, and a united, motivated group regularly beats a talented but divided one.
Watch what moves it: recent results (wins lift morale, defeats sap it), training quality, injuries, and players arriving or leaving. Hire sports psychologists to keep the dressing room steady.
Contract Management
The Contracts section allows you to manage player and staff contracts. You can track contract durations, renewals, and ongoing negotiations.
Features
Effective contract management is essential to maintain team stability and motivation. Use tracking tools to manage contracts efficiently and transparently.
You can also create alerts for expiring contracts and plan renewals in advance.
